Otto Odonga

During the February 2010 Human Rights and Sexual Orientation forum in Kampala, Member of Parliament Otto Odonga said he would kill his son if he was gay. The forum was setup to address the now failed Anti-Homosexuality Bill of 2009. Warren Throckmorton spoke with Otto Odonga via Skype on Tuesday and he expects David Bahati will reintroduce the bill soon.
